01

One Strategy or Whole Market Analysis?

One strategy or whole market analysis? Focus on a single trading setup with clear rules. Only take trades when that specific pattern appears. This gives you: consistency, easier testing, better discipline — because you always know exactly what you are looking for.

Making a whole market analysis will lead to analysis paralysis and you will end up confused where to start. One strategy is the solution.

Simple idea: Many traders analyze the overall market context first (to get direction) and then execute using one specific strategy. Context first, execution second.
02

Which Strategy?

Which strategy? This is the hard question — you will be using it for a long time, so you want to make sure it's the right one, even during losing periods.

  • Always check if a strategy is backtested — so you trade on actual data, not luck
  • Find successful traders and use their strategy. In ~2 months you will see if it really works
  • Align your available time to trade with your strategy. If you barely have time to look at your phone — start swing trading (higher time frames)
We have selected the most successful strategies below. Each one is explained in detail with steps. Use them if you still cannot find a good strategy.
03

One Hour Sweep

One Hour Sweep — a day trading strategy. The best time frame is the 1H chart.

1
Identify a CRT candle on the 1H chart
Step 1 - 1H Sweep
Each step is necessary — missing or neglecting a step leads to executing a completely different strategy.
2
Confirm candle body conditions
Step 2 - 1H Sweep
The previous 1H candle should be taken out with a wick. Both candles should have larger bodies than their wicks (not a doji). Enter on the next hour open.
3
Enter and manage the trade
Step 3 - 1H Sweep
04

Supply and Demand

Supply and Demand — mostly for the 4H and Daily time frames. Can be used on 1H but not recommended.

1
Find a fresh order block that has not been touched
Step 1 - Supply and Demand
Take a trade on the first tap of the zone. The second tap is not a good setup because the zone is no longer "fresh."
2
Place a limit order at the zone
Step 2 - Supply and Demand
No need to wait for candle formations. Place a limit order at the top (or bottom for sells) of the zone. Target 1:2 R:R. Doji candles with FVG after them make the zone even stronger.
Section test

Test yourself — 4 questions

Pick an answer to see instantly whether it is right. Nothing is saved to a server and no account is needed.

  1. 01Why is focusing on ONE strategy better than doing full market analysis?

  2. 02Before using any strategy, what should you always check?

  3. 03What time frame is the One Hour Sweep strategy best suited for?

  4. 04In Supply and Demand trading, when is a zone considered valid for entry?

Now test it on real historical charts

Reading is step one. Replay real historical data bar by bar, place the trades this module describes, and see whether the idea actually holds up before you risk money on it.
